Back-to-School Year Info


Hello Stone Lakes Parents/Guardians: School starts for all OCPS students on August 10th via OCPS LaunchED. Students who selected the Face-to-Face model will start on August 10th with LaunchEd and then transition to Face-to-Face Learning on campus on August 21st. Our device distribution will take place on Friday, August 7th and we have a second device distribution scheduled for Thursday, August, 13th. Kindergarten and First Grade students will receive iPads, while 2nd through 5th grade students will receive laptops. Devices will be distributed by grade level at the following times: • 9:30-10:30am Kindergarten & First Grade • 10:30-11:30am Second Grade & Third Grade • 11:30am-12:30pm Fourth Grade & Fifth Grade • 5:00pm-6:00pm Any Grade Level If you already have a personal device with a webcam then you have the option of using your personal device vs. a school device. If you would like a school device please sign up using the following link. Parents and students will be required to wear a mask at all times. We also encourage you to bring your own pen to device distribution as there will be additional forms that need to be completed. A Parent Technology Media Information Consent Form (PTMICF) must be completed prior to arriving. Please print the completed document and bring it with you. There will be two stations set up. • Station #1- Check IDs • Station #2- Turn in Completed Form and Pickup Device & Charger Our team will prepare your device in advance and attach your child’s name to it using the sign up list above. Please be sure to sign up before Friday if you plan to come on Friday. We will have additional pickup days the following week for anyone who cannot come on Friday. More information to come.
